As you may have seen on my Instagram, I’ve recently embarked on a 90 day journey. My goal is to create a happier healthier me mentally and physically.

Like many of you, this year has been difficult for a variety of reasons. During quarantine I found out I was gluten sensitive and had to rethink everything I ate. With shortages, it also made it almost impossible to actually find the food I could eat. As a result, I stopped enjoying meals and opted to eat out whenever possible. It’s simple to say that was a bad idea.
No matter how hard I worked out or how much water I drank, I still wasn’t feeling great. I noticed that I didn’t have a great relationship with food and had no motivation to get back to normal.
So I saw the 90 Day Challenge food plan from Cassey Ho of Blogilates and thought I’d give it a try. I made several major goals for this three month reset.
1. Get into athletic shape (18-20% of fat)
2. End negative self talk
3. Master a handstand
I’m am already one week in and have seen some great changes! I’ve lost inches and pounds, but the best part is I’m actually enjoying cooking. I’m excited to buy ingredients from the store and cook a new recipe. I use a daily journal that helps me track my mood, food and workouts.
I preplan my week on Saturday, including handstand training, rests, and food. This has helped me eliminate excessive stress and stay accountable for everything.
I super excited to start week too and feel like these little changes are already making a big difference.
