We can learn a lot about the mindset of Jesus just from a few sentence. In this example, Jesus clearly explains that he filters everything through God. He lives for God. His life is not based off of selfish ambitions or desires. Jesus served God daily every moment he was on Earth.

Although, it is impossible for us to achieve perfection. We can strive to live like Jesus by changing our focus. If our eyes are clearly fixed on God, there isn’t any room for personal gain.
