Everyone loves to indulge in a fancy beverage, but not everyone enjoys alcohol. Here’s a recipe for a twist on a brunch favorite. The Momosa! It’s perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, ladies get togethers and even a girl’s night in!
First start with orange juice. I like to get a variety of options for those that love or hate pulp. You might also want to grab a few other juices just to mix in some extra flavor in your mock mimosas.
You’ll also want to grab a bag of frozen berries (you’ll be using these for ice cubes) and fresh strawberries and oranges. The strawberries and oranges can be used to dress the side of the glass or dropped right into the drink.

Finally, you need to decide what kind of bubbly you’ll be pouring in. For my momosas, I like to use sparkling water. That way, it doesn’t take away from the flavor of the orange juice and fruit. If you prefer sparkling cider, that will work perfectly as well.

Now set up your bubbly bar and invite your guests over! You can set out extra fruit, juices, and pouring jars for a self-serve feature. Don’t forget to put out the champagne flutes too.
