Deciding on what photo to take to announce my mini me was exhausting. I’d searching Pinterest and chose my favorite. Here’s what I originally was going for inspired by Karissa Abbott.

But when I get to my surprise photo session, everything went out the window. My husband and I were helping out my best friend with some new photography lighting tricks. He had not idea yet that we were expecting. The session involved props so we of course brought an ultrasound.

During my husbands turn behind the camera, he busted out our proud photo and my best friend captured an amazing image.

In the midst of all the excitement, we decided to do our announcement photos then and there. My best friend has been a huge part of my life and always been there for me and my husbands big moments. Dating, engagement, wedding and now baby. So here are the amazing photos we announced with.
