Two years ago today I dedicated my life to God participating in the sacrifice of his son through baptism. Every moment since then has been a blessing from God.

Through the difficulties that come with the world, God has never let me go and has continued to pour abundantly in my life everyday. Here I am married, about to be a home owner and feeling the happiest I have ever been.

Year two has been filled with equal parts love and heartache. I’ve learned patience, selflessness, unconditional love, total forgiveness and how to trust God in ways I’d never imagined.

Being a disciple is the life I’ve always desired. It’s definitely not always rainbows and sunshine but I know I will never be alone.

I can’t wait for the many more years to come and where God will take my life next.
